Knowing where to go to get the care you need can be confusing – especially now. Efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19 have resulted in many new practices for hospitals, outpatient centers and medical offices. As we move forward, life – and healthcare – will look different, but Trios Health’s commitment to providing a broad range of healthcare services won’t change.

Primary Care Providers

Primary Care Providers are your first line of support for acute illness. Trios primary care providers have same-day appointments available for the following conditions:

Cold or flu-like symptoms, mild headaches, ear aches, fever, rashes, and sore throats
Minor injuries: sprains, back pain, minor cuts and burns, minor broken bones and minor eye injuries
Prescription refills, vaccinations and screenings
Questions/concerns regarding your health

Urgent Care

Urgent Care Clinics should be used if your primary care provider is unavailable. Most of the time, an urgent care facility can help when you need same-day or after-hours health care. When it's not a true emergency, choosing urgent care over the emergency room can dramatically lower the costs of unplanned healthcare.

Trios Urgent Care is an affordable and convenient way to receive quality treatment when your doctor is unavailable. Our physicians are specially trained in treating the following conditions:

Cold or flu-like symptoms, mild headaches, ear aches, fever, rashes, and sore throats
Minor injuries such as sprains, back pain, minor cuts and burns, minor broken bones, and minor eye injuries

If you go to Trios Urgent Care and our providers determine you need more immediate or complex care, you will be referred appropriately.

We're now offering online scheduling for urgent care visits. With online scheduling availability, you can select a time convenient for you up to 24 hours in advance and come in at your scheduled time to be seen by a provider. It's that simple!

Emergency Care

Emergency Departments should be used for very serious or life-threatening conditions such as those listed below:

Chest pain
Sudden severe onset of abdominal pain
Numbness in the face, arm, or leg
Sudden severe headache
Coughing up blood
Vomiting blood and/or bowel movement with blood
Cuts/bleeding that will not stop
Sudden blurred vision
Difficulty breathing, sudden shortness of breath
Severe sudden dizziness, weakness or loss of balance
